Ingredients
Water 100ml.
White wine vinegar 50ml.
Rice wine vinegar 100ml.
2 tbsp caster sugar.
1 tsp fennel seeds.
Fennel bulb sliced thinly.
Red onion strips.
Chop in fennel leaf.
Adjust recipe if you like it sweeter, sharper, herbier or with a different vegetable. Will last in your fridge for 14days.
Add to your salad or us it as a side to baked white fish and steamed baby potatoes in butter and parsley.
